Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)

In my work I tested installing the latest updates http://www.update . microsoft.com / and I noticed with surprise that since yesterday we have at our disposal to Windows XP Service Pack 3 , could not resist the temptation to install.

While the installation completed without errors, restart the computer I noticed with surprise that my toolbar "Address" not only had been disabled but no longer appears as available to activate, that is ... Goodbye bar.

If you and I have been using the address bar from the taskbar, you see that is very important to the daily work load directly from a website to access your drives and folders need to pre load the browser, what I like is the magic wand that automatically decides whether to start the program or load the Windows Explorer but Internet Explorer (in my case 7, although I understand the 8 is in Beta).

It was right where I decided to use the wonderful tool to restore the old system back as I prefer SP2 Bar blessed a thousand times that a service pack that apparently is not entirely necessary. "Resistance to change?
[08/07/2008]: Fixed problem reading this post from Microsoft Technet , changed my machine and it came with SP3 installed, so I did not find a solution other than
