Does anyone know what the trick is to send a text message to a cell outside the town from Movistar website?
While I work to send messages to people in the province where I am, whether it is people whose numbers have a prefix of another department, not much longer than maximum allowed to enter 9 numbers ( although the website indicates that you must specify the location code), does anyone know how to do in these cases? I tried to ignore the department code but I do not actually work and I have heard. Furthermore
but to be great for some, the new SMS service receivable can be a real headache if a person decides to indiscriminately send SMSs receivable is that you want to accept or not.
